Additionally, we provide assistance with de-prescribing medications that are not controlled.

Request for accommodations
At our psychiatric office we provide a Request for Accommodations service to help our patients obtain the necessary paperwork for FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) after six months of their initial session. We strive to make the process as easy as possible, so that our patients can receive the leave they need to take care of their mental health.
