Insurance and Fees
Insurances: Cigna, Aetna, Anthem BCBS/Carelon, United Healthcare/Optum, Sentara Health Plans/Optima, Tricare, Medicaid, and Medicare.
Fees: Out-of-pocket: Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: 200 usd per session.
Follow-up visits: 150 usd per session.
Cancellation Policy
At our practice, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure that we can provide the best care to all our patients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:

Notice Period: We request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may be in need of care.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50$. The fee amount is determined by our office and is designed to cover the cost of the reserved time slot.

No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and fail to provide adequate notice, you will be charged a no-show fee of $75. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a review of your continued care at our practice.

Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events do occur. In such cases, please contact our office as soon as possible, and we will work with you to reschedule your appointment without penalty.
